A mixed-used project with 32 stories and 4 layers of basement is developed in the heart of Jakarta by one of the biggest and oldest retail group in Indonesia. This project comprises office, hotel, and two stories of private penthouse.

To ensure the safety during excavation, diaphragm walls combined with ground anchors are used. The heavily loaded structure is supported by 3 meter raft foundation sitting on a very hard cemented clay.

The structural system design is based on ASCE and SNI to satisfy the desired performance. The primary structural system is special moment resisting frame combined with shear walls. The structural design has passed the technical review by Jakarta Structure Expert Council Inspection.
