A 36-stories service apartment in Jakarta collaborating with a well-known architect Airmas Asri. Combination of shear walls and special moment resisting frames are applied as lateral resisting structural system.

Loading from upper structure are supported by bored piles and raft foundation with 2.5 meter thickness. To protect the basement excavation, contiguous bored piles are used.
