Muara Karang Shophouse is an existing 4-stories building located in one of the busiest area in North Jakarta. The shophouse is used as a central kitchen. Therefore, structural audits such as destructive & non-destructive tests to determine the building actual data is crucial. ESELKA provides structural assessment and analysis to make sure that the building is safe and can carry the new service loads. The structural solution is retrofitting the structural columns, beams, and slabs to increase their strength and rigidity.
